Very happy to send my holiday greetings to our entire North American community of customers, partners and of course Planiswarians! From the many success stories, we heard at Exchange in San Francisco to the addition of so many new cutting-edge organizations to our list of customers, 2023 has delivered on many of its promises and objectives. I cannot thank everyone enough for their trust and support!

Now looking at 2024, you can count on the Planisware team to continue its focus on customer success and excellence to help you succeed in your strategic plans! And I hope we will have a chance to reconnect in April in Philadelphia (for Exchange 24)!

With only a few days left in the year, we can assess 2023 has been very busy for Planisware, notably on a financial standpoint. Fully aware that measurability and transparency are key to assess business quality and performance, we strongly improved our financial controlling processes and disclosures, with, in particular, our first IFRS financial statements. These are key tools to continue to improve our financial performance and better engage trusting relationships with all our stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and investors. 

We are committed to continuing in that direction in 2024 towards achieving our mid-term financial ambition.

As we close out 2023, we are proud of the significant progresses we made in our CSR roadmap in the benefit of all of stakeholders with two particular milestones reached this year. First, we obtained the Bronze Medal scoring at Ecovadis, reflecting the reinforcement of our company's CSR management and our continuous commitment to improve our sustainability management performance and drive impact ! Second, we were recognized as a Global Great Place to Work and all our offices across the world were certified. It reflects Planisware's commitment to establish itself as an employer of choice on a global level by maintaining and strengthening its caring company culture and providing a stimulating and collaborative working environment.

This year 2023 has been again a wonderful year for Japan thanks to the trust of our customers and to the hard efforts of the whole team.

The dominant events of this year in Japan have been: 

• the focus put on training internal resources following the intense growth of 2023.
• the growth of business level service provided by our CSM members to support customer business transition
• the second year consecutive successful User Summit, with a focus set up on User community communication.
• the second year consecutive successful "Great Place to Work" certification
• the many upgrades to the latest version of Planisware, with customers of various configuration level, with various levels of customer involvement in this process.

Congratulations to everyone.

As any company growing at a fast pace, and as the Planisware office with the highest growth this year, this is again also a year with many lessons learned on which we will be sure to act fast in 2024, to make sure we always focus on our major objective: customer satisfaction, while keeping a humanly rich environment where people enjoy coming to work everyday.

Here are we again in December, with lots of festivities around us.
